释义	法律分析: 居住权不可以继承。居住权是指权利人为了满足生活居住的需要，按照合同约定或遗嘱，在他人享有所有权的住宅之上设立的占有、使用该住宅的权利。居住权作为用益物权具有特殊性，即居住权人对于权利客体即住宅只享有占有和使用的权利，不享有收益的权利，不能以此进行出租等营利活动。《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百六十九条居住权不得转让、继承。设立居住权的住宅不得出租，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
