释义	法律分析: 服务合同属于无名合同，是以服务为标的的合同。在实践中，服务合同可能还没有到期就遇到一些原因而需要解除该合同。那么要求接触的一方呢就要向对方发出“解除服务合同协议书”，在得到对方的同意后，才可解除该服务合同。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
