释义	法律分析：请假的话是不算全勤的，但是休年假还能算是全勤。工作单位不应因员工依法休带薪年休假而减少员工的工资收入，其中包括奖金收入。全勤奖的发放前提为劳动者在公司规定的上班时间内未出现迟到、早退、旷工、病事假等情形，为了激励劳动者而给予的一种奖励。法律依据：《职工带薪年休假条例》第二条机关、团体、企业、事业单位、民办非企业单位、有雇工的个体工商户等单位的职工连续工作1年以上的，享受带薪年休假。单位应当保证职工享受年休假。职工在年休假期间享受与正常工作期间相同的工资收入。
