释义	孕期合同到期公司有权不续签。但是公司必须等待孕期、产期、哺乳期结束后，才可以终止劳动合同。劳动合同期满的，公司不续签不违法，合同期限随孕期、产期、哺乳期的多少自动延续到相应的期限届满为止。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十五条劳动合同期满，女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期的，劳动合同应当续延至相应的情形消失时终止。但是，本法第四十二条第二项规定丧失或者部分丧失劳动能力劳动者的劳动合同的终止，按照国家有关工伤保险的规定执行。
