释义	法律分析：连续犯指对数个可独立构成犯罪的行为，由于基于一个概括的故意，又属同种的行为反复连续地实施，触犯同一罪名，故以一罪论处的犯罪，其实质的数罪在裁判上作为一罪论处的情况。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十九条追诉期限从犯罪之日起计算；犯罪行为有连续或者继续状态的，从犯罪行为终了之日起计算。在追诉期限以内又犯罪的，前罪追诉的期限从犯后罪之日起计算。
