释义	我国法律并未限制外交人员的子女的国籍。但是外交人员的配偶不得具有外国国籍，否则该人不得人员为驻外外交人员。法律依据：《中华人民共和国驻外外交人员法》第六条驻外外交人员应当具备下列条件：（一）具有中华人民共和国国籍；（二）年满二十三周岁；（三）拥护中华人民共和国宪法；（四）具有良好的政治素质和品行；（五）具有胜任工作所需的专业知识、工作能早悉力和语言能力；（六）具有常驻国外所要求的身体条件、心理素质和适应能力；（七）法律规定的其他条件。
