问题	担保债权单独转让是否有效
释义	无效，抵押权不得与债权分离而单独转让或者作为其他债权的担保。债权转让的，担保该债权的抵押权一并转让，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。抵押权的转让或者以抵押权为其他债权设定担保，应当与抵押权所担保的债权一同进行。作为担保物权的一种，抵押权以其所担保的债权存在为前提，没有债权，就不可能有抵押权，抵押权失去了债权，也就失去了存在的意义。法律依据《民法典》第四百零七条
