释义	法律分析：借钱归父母是否算是夫妻共同债务根据以下情况判断： 1、父母对该笔借款没有任何赠与的意思表示，则借款属于债务，需要偿还； 2、该笔债务在婚姻关系存续期间原则上应当认定为夫妻共同债务，应该由夫妻共同偿还。但若夫妻一方能够证明该债务确为欠债人个人债务，即应当认定为个人债务，非夫妻共同债务。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用若干问题的解释（二）》第二十四条  债权人就婚姻关系存续期间夫妻一方以个人名义所负债务主张权利的，应当按夫妻共同债务处理。
