释义	法律分析：劳动者旷工期间，用人单位可以不支付劳动者工资，但是额外再扣除劳动者其余工资是违法的。劳动者旷工，如果给用人单位造成了直接经济损失，用人单位可以收集证据起诉劳动者，但是不能擅自克扣劳动者工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
