释义	法律分析：有效，劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动合同法并没有规定必须书面通知用人单位。超过法定的试用期限后仍然维系劳动关系的，将被视为已经过了试用期、进入正式劳动合同期，劳动者有权要求按照正式劳动合同期的标准获得劳动报酬，且用人单位不得按试用期的规定解除、终止劳动合同等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前通知解除劳动合同劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
