释义	法律分析：个人能签订联营合同。法律依据：《关于审理联营合同纠纷案件若干问题的解答》第三条（一）联营合同的主体应当是实行独立核算，能够独立承担民事责任的企业法人和事业法人。个体工商户、农村承包经营户、个人合伙，以及不具备法人资格的私营企业和其他经济组织与企业法人或者事业法人联营的，也可以成为联营合同的主体。（二）企业法人、事业法人的分支机构不具备法人条件的，未经法人授权，不得以自己的名义对外签订联营合同；擅自以自己名义对外签订联营合同且未经法人追认的，应当确认无效。
