释义	请病假,一般不扣工资。在国家规定的医疗期内的,用人单位应当按照不低于本人正常工作时间工资的60%支付员工病伤假期工资,但不能低于最低工资标准的80%。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工敬拆作时间不超过四十四小时的工橡稿姿时制度。第三十八条用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。第三十九梁绝条企业因生产特点不能实行本法第三十六条、第三十八条规定的，经劳动行政部门批准，可以实行其他工作和休息方式。
