释义	法律分析：一般发明专利申请日起18个月后公开，如果公开后即提出实审的话，一般是二通后授权，这样就是二年多的时间，总之是要看具体的案子情况和审查员，法律是不限审查时间，只对申请人的答复时间有限制 (一通4个月，二通及以后是二个月)。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第三十四条经初步审查，认定符合本法要求的国务院专利行政部门收到发明专利申请后，则应自提交之日起18个月内发布。国务院专利行政部门可以根据申请人的要求尽快公布其申请。
