释义	法律分析：户口本是领结婚证时的必须材料，没有户口本就不能领证。但是有些人拿上了户口本，也无法领结婚证。当新人去领结婚证的时候，工作人员会查验当事人的身份证和户口簿上的信息。如果两种信息的内容不一致，是无法领取结婚证的。有些人的户口本未更新，导致户口本上面的个人信息不一样，这是不能领证的，要先更新户口本。法律依据：《中华人民共和国婚姻登记条例》第五条“办理结婚登记的内地居民应当出具下列证件和证明材料：(一)本人的户口簿、身份证;”的规定，没有户口本仅凭身份证是无法进行婚姻登记的。
