释义	打欠条不是必须按手印，签字即可以使借条生效。只要借条意思表示真实、清楚，借款人签名、盖章或按手印确认均可，但按手印可以规避“签字双方以非本人签署的模仿字迹为由拒绝履行”的风险。法律规定当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。
