试析债权转让纠纷案件的诉讼管辖

法律分析：债权转让协议只能改变债权人，但不能改变原债务关系的管辖，原债权人只能做出对自己有约束力的管辖约定，而不能作出适用于原债务人的管辖，债权转让协议不能改变原合同的管辖。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百四十八条 债务人接到债权转让通知后，债务人对让与人的抗辩，可以向受让人主张。
