释义	童工是指未满十六周岁的用工。相关规定如下：《劳动法》第十五条规定，禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须遵守国家有关规定，并保障其接受义务教育的权利。《禁止使用童工规定》第二条规定，国家机关、社会团体、企业事业单位、民办非企业单位或者个体工商户均不得招用不满16周岁的未成年人（招用不满16周岁的未成年人，以下统称使用童工）。禁止任何单位或者个人为不满16周岁的未成年人介绍就业。禁止不满16周岁的未成年人开业从事个体经营活动。
