释义	打架斗殴指双方或多方通过拳脚、器械等武力以求制胜的行为。斗殴的认定，如有司法机关、公安部门的有关法律文件，则以上述法律文件为准。学校有权利处置。公安机关未涉入调查处置的，学校应参照学生在校园内发生的打架斗殴等违纪案件的调查办法进行调查。公安机关已涉入对该事件的调查的，学校相关部门应协助当地派出所调查。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十三条殴打他人的，或者故意伤害他人身体的，处五日以上十日以下拘捕，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款节较轻的，处五日以下拘捕或者五百元以下罚款。
