民法典中遗嘱公证多久有效期
释义
遗嘱公证是没有有效期的。根据法律规定，经过公证的遗嘱，如果没有新的公证遗嘱推翻此遗嘱，该公证遗嘱是一直有效的。遗嘱公证是公证处按照法定程序证明遗嘱人设立遗嘱行为真实、合法的活动。经公证证明的遗嘱为公证遗嘱。
