释义	法律分析：可以。知道案件情况的人都可以做证人,因生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼而不能辨别是非、不能正确表达意志的人以外。亲属可以做证人,但属于有利害关系的证人,如果没有其他证据佐证、对方又不认可的情况下,仅凭单一的亲属作为证人,很难得到认定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
