融资租赁出租人可以随意变更买卖合同吗

法律分析：出租人不能随意变更合同。租赁物是承租人根据自身特殊需要所选定的，作为融资租赁合同的组成部分的买卖合同，其涉及到承租人的利益，也具有高于一般买卖合同效力的性质，非经三方的当事人的协商一致不得随意解除或者变更。
