高速逆行怎么处罚? |

高速逆行的处罚如下：
1、高速逆行，处二十元以上二百元以下罚款，扣十二分；
2、城市及其他普通道路非机动车道、单行道逆行扣3分，处20元以上200元以下罚款；
3、高速公路匝道、收费站出口逆行扣12分，处200元罚款，并可吊扣驾驶证。
高速公路逆行的影响有哪些
1、高速公路逆行除了会面临被罚款和扣分的处罚以外，如果需要学习考试的话也是需要花费一段时间的，在记分没有清除期间，更不能够驾驶车辆，如果驾驶车辆的话，被查到属于无证驾驶。
2、高速公路逆行还有可能会造成交通堵塞，严重还会发生交通事故，如果事故特别严重，还会面临车毁人亡等严重的后果。如果因为逆行造成了其他机动车辆或人员造成伤害，更是需要承担很大一笔赔偿和治疗费用等等。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国高速公路交通管理办法》第二十五条
机动车驾驶员违反本办法，有下列行为之一的，处二百元罚款，可以并处吊扣十二个月驾驶证：
（一）驾驶禁止驶入高速公路的机动车驶入高速公路的；
（二）不按规定超车或者变更车道的；
（三）在高速公路上倒车、逆行或者穿越中央分隔带掉头、转弯的；
（四）不按规定停车的。
