释义	法律分析：公证书的效力不及法院判决书。公证书是一种证明文件，相当于给法院提交了一份证据，只是这证据的效力比较高。法院判决是依据各种证据，最终做出裁定。两种完全不一样。法院判决可以推翻公证书，但是公证书不能推翻法院的判决结果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第三十六条经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据，但有相反证据足以推翻该项公证的除外。
