释义	法律分析：企业办理破产的时间视公司情况而定，无法一概而论，一般在三个月以上。。都要经历公告、申报债权等程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第十四条人民法院应当自裁定受理破产申请之日起二十五日内通知已知债权人，并予以公告。第十八条人民法院受理破产申请后，管理人对破产申请受理前成立而债务人和对方当事人均未履行完毕的合同有权决定解除或者继续履行，并通知对方当事人。管理人自破产申请受理之日起二个月内未通知对方当事人，或者自收到对方当事人催告之日起三十日内未答复的，视为解除合同。
