释义	法律分析：由于公司搬迁，无法按原劳动合同履行，用人单位提前三十日以书面形式通知劳动者本人或者额外支付劳动者一个月工资后，可以解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十条第三项与职工调整劳动关系。搬迁企业原则上应全部安置企业职工，对经企业与职工充分协商，未能就变更劳动合同内容达成协议的,企业可依法解除劳动合同,同时按规定向职工支付经济补偿。
