释义	法律分析: 承诺是能够用默认的方式作出的。承诺应以通知的、明示的方式作出，但是交易习惯或者要约表明承诺可以通过行为作出的，可以以行为的方式作出。而行为的方式包括明示的行为和默示的行为。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第四百八十八条【承诺对要约内容的实质性变更】承诺的内容应当与要约的内容一致。受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更的，为新要约。有关合同标的、数量、质量、价款或者报酬、履行期限、履行地点和方式、违约责任和解决争议方法等的变更，是对要约内容的实质性变更。
