释义	法律分析：只要员工付出了劳动，员工就有享受劳动报酬的权利。员工私自离岗是属于严重违纪行为，单位是可以以此辞退员工，并且扣除员工部分奖励性待遇作为处罚。但是员工本人的工资单位是需要支付的。但是如果员工存在给单位造成直接经济损失的行为，单位是可以扣员工工资的，每月最多不得超过总工资的20%。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
