释义	口头遗嘱，是指在危急情况下所立的遗嘱。口头遗嘱必须帆段衡具备以下几个条件方才有法律效力：(一)口头遗嘱只能在危急情况下订立。(二)若危急情况解除而立遗嘱人没有死亡的，口头遗嘱即失效。(三)口头遗嘱必须有两个以上证人在场见证方为有效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百态做三十八条遗嘱人在危急情况下，可以立口头遗嘱。口头遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。危急情况消除后，遗嘱人能够以书面或者录音录像形燃拿式立遗嘱的，所立的口头遗嘱无效。
