释义	法律分析：在办理离婚登记前，由于离婚协议书尚未生效，离婚协议书是能修改的；如果夫妻已经办理了离婚登记，那么离婚协议书在离婚登记生效时一起生效。当事人应当按照离婚协议书的规定履行各自的权利义务，就不能再修改。法律依据：《民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。《民法典》第一千零七十六条夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
