释义	满十八周岁处于本人自己意愿签订的合同，或者满十六周岁以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的人自愿签订的合同就是有效的。如果是八周岁以上不满十八周岁的人签订的合同，经过其法定代理人追认的也是有效的。法律依据《民法典》第十八条，成年人为完全民事行为能力人，可以独立实施民事法律行为。十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。
