欠钱不还只有转账记录怎么办
1、要保留好相关证据(如对方的身份证复印件或身份证号、合同、邮件、手机短信、录音、汇款纪录等)，及时起诉要他还钱。
2，可以及时与律师联系，帮您分析，指导您如何进一步获得证据，不要误了诉讼时效，不然就无法胜诉了。维护你的合法权益。
3、要看借条上面有没有还钱时间，若有，应在还钱时间到后3年内起诉，若没有起诉，则2年的诉讼时效期间已过，你无法获得胜诉权。同时要看你有无证据证明有时效中止或中断的情况。若借条上面没有还钱时间，你可以随时起诉要钱，你的要求没有过诉讼时效。
4、利息超过年利率36%以上部分法律不予支持
5、若起诉前发现对方有财产，可以申请保全。
6、若有担保人，可以起诉借款人及担保人，要求他们承担连带责任。
7、若是民间借贷关系或合同关系，没有诈骗或其他犯罪行为，只承担民事责任，不承担刑事责任，公安机关不会受理。建议你们到法院起诉解决。
8、若借款人不到法院，法院会公告送达，缺席判决，一样有法律效力的。
9、有银行转账，只能证明你曾转钱给他，但还不能证明这笔钱是借款，若你没有其他证据辅助证明是借款的话，可以以不当得利起诉他，要求他返还。
10、若是赌债或其他违法犯罪的债务，则不受法律保护，不用偿还的.
若你确实欠对方钱，应及时还钱，若现在无法还上，可以与对方约定还钱期限及还钱方法。
