释义	法律分析：政府部门的合同工适用于新劳动法里面的劳务派遣临时工的；劳务派遣又称人力派遣、人才租赁、劳动派遣、劳动力租赁、雇员租赁，是指由劳务派遣机构与派遣劳工订立劳动合同，并支付报酬，把劳动者派向其他用工单位，再由其用工单位向派遣机构支付一笔服务费用的一种用工形式。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十六条第劳动合同用工是中国的企业基本用工形式。劳务派遣用工是补充形式，只能在临时性、辅助性或者替代性的工作岗位上实施。
