释义	法律分析：申请人要想得到临时保护，必须以专利局公布其专利申请为先决条件。因此，申请人在专利局确定申请日后，但还没有公布其专利申请前，若自行公布发明内容或者将发明的内容告知有关单位或个人，是不能得到临时保护的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第三十四条国务院专利行政部门收到发明专利申请后，经初步审查认为符合本法要求的，自申请日起满十八个月，即行公布。国务院专利行政部门可以根据申请人的请求早日公布其申请。
