释义	我国的医保系统没有实现全国联网，各地的医保政策也有差异，如果需异地就医，要提前开转诊证明，在就医结束后带上就医资料回参保地报销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第五十八条用人单位应当自用工之日起三十日内为其职工向社会保险经办机构申请办理社会保险登记。未办理社会保险登记的，由社会保险经办机构核定其应当缴纳的社会保险费。第六十三条用人单位未按时足额缴纳社会保险费的，由社会保险费征收机构责令其限期缴纳或者补足。
