释义	法律分析：当月认证的发票是必须当月抵扣的。一般纳税人申请抵扣的增值税专用发票和货物运输业增值税专用发票、机动车销售统一发票，必须自开具之日起180日内进行认证，认证通过的方可作为扣税凭证。如认证不符，按规定处理。法律依据：《增值税暂行条例》第八条准予从税额中抵扣的进项税额包括从销售方取得的增值税专用发票上注明的增值税额。增值税一般纳税人申请抵扣的防伪税控系统开具的增值税专用发票，必须自该专用发票开具之日起90日内到税务机关认证，并在认证当月的纳税申报期申报抵扣，否则不予抵扣。
