现在婚前同居合法吗
释义
我国相关法律规定，不是非法同居的话，那么婚前同居就不违法，但是这种关系也不会受到法律的保护。
如果同居的双方都没有配偶，那么法律是不会干涉双方的同居行为的。但是如果同居双方或其中的一方已经有配偶，那么这种同居行为就是违法的。情节严重的，还会触犯刑法，构成重婚罪。
【法律依据】
《刑法》第二百五十八条，有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
