释义	法律分析：判刑人员信息不是随便就能查的，网上是查不到的，需要公安内网才有，但是判刑人员信息的管理机关(公安部门)也不会随便向别人提供犯罪信息查询服务，除了关于升学、入伍以及就业等方面是否具有资格，需要查询的以外，其他情形不得随意提供，更不能故意提供虚假伪造的信息，否则将受到法律的制裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第二十条罪犯收监后，监狱应当通知罪犯家属。通知书应当自收监之日起五日内发出。
