电动汽车需要驾驶证吗？ |

无论纯电动车和混合动力汽车都是需要上牌照，考驾驶证的。所以驾驶电动车也必须遵守交通规定，否则也是会被扣分，并且电动车和燃油车的处罚划分也是一样的。
一、16岁能考个电动车驾照吗
有法律规定限制的，《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》中规定，驾驶电动自行车必须年满16周岁。目前为止，只有对年龄的下限规定，上限还没有出台相应的法律法规。也就是说，理论上，无论多大（年满16周岁以后）都可以驾驶电动车的。另外，这里的电动车指的是常规的电动交通代步工具，不包括一些特种电动车和电动汽车。
二、电动车没有牌照出车祸有责任吗
发生交通事故与车辆是否有牌照无关，但是没牌照骑电动车是违法的，要接受一定的惩罚。根据国家相关法律的规定，在划分交通事故责任时是根据发生交通事故所起的作用以及过错的严重程度，确定当事人的责任。再确认好事故的责任之后，再对没有牌照等违章行为的驾驶员另行处罚。
三、正常骑电动车法定年龄是多少?
骑电动车的合法年龄是16岁，未达到合法驾驶年龄发生交通事故的，其责任划分也是按照当事人双方的过错划分，与年龄无关。所以必须要达到合法的年龄才能骑电动车，不然就是一种违法行为，被发现后交通部门会有相应的惩罚。
