释义	职工请病假期间,与用人单位也是存在劳动关系的,按规定用人单位仍需要给职工购买社保的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第七十三条劳动者在下列情形下，依法享受社会保险待遇：退休；患病、负伤；因工伤残或者患职业病；失业；生育。《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第十条职工应当参加基本养老保险，由用人单位和职工共同缴纳基本养老保险费。第十二条用人单位应当按照国家规定的本单位职工工资总额的比例缴纳基本养老保险费，记入基本养老保险统筹基金。
