释义	法律分析: 劳动合同终止是指用人单位与劳动者之间的劳动关系消灭。当具有劳动合同期满、劳动者开始依法领取养老金、或者；劳动者死亡、被宣告死亡等情形时，劳动合同会终止。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国劳动合同法实施条例》》第十三条用人单位与劳动者不得在劳动合同法第四十四条规定的劳动合同终止情形之外约定其他的劳动合同终止条件。
