释义	法律分析：契税不可以不急着交。纳税人应当纳税义务发生之日起10日内，向土地、房屋所在地的契税征收机关，办理纳税申报，并在契税征收机关核定的期限内缴纳税款。契税不交就不能办房产证，不能办房产证该住房就会有很多限制，如不能上户口，不能出售。而且今后再次出售时是以产证日期来计算是否购买满五年，是否满五年税负相差很大。法律依据：《中华人民共和国契税法》第九条契税的纳税义务发生时间，为纳税人签订土地、房屋权属转移合同的当日，或者纳税人取得其他具有土地、房屋权属转移合同性质凭证的当日。
