释义	如果租赁合同到期后，双方续签合同或者在没有续签合同的前提下，合同双方就合同的内容继续履行主要的合同内容的，视作签订了一个无期限的租赁合同，合同有效。如果合同到期后，双方没有续签合同，也没有就合同的内容继续履行主要的合同内容的，合同无效。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第七百三十四条，租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。租赁期限届满，房屋承租人享有以同等条件优先承租的权利。
