释义	法律分析：有效。发生刑事案件后，侦查机关往往要找犯罪嫌疑人亲属了解情况。证言，没有其他证据支持的，不论证人是不是犯罪嫌疑人的亲属，都没有证据效力。证言必须与案件有相关性。只要亲属的证言又其他证据支撑，那么亲属的证言当然有证据效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十二条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
