释义	法律分析：如果是放公众停车场必须要办进京证，只能停7天。2019年11月1日起，每辆车每年最多办理进京通行证12次，每次办理的进京通行证有效期最长为7天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第五十六条机动车应当在规定地点停放。禁止在人行道上停放机动车；但是，依照本法第三十三条规定施划的停车泊位除外。在道路上临时停车的，不得妨碍其他车辆和行人通行。
