释义	法律分析：老板不可以随意罚员工的钱。工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十六条因劳动者本人原因给用人单位造成经济损失的用人单位可按照劳动合同的约定要求其赔偿经济损失。经济损失的赔偿，可从劳动者本人的工资中扣除。若扣除后的剩余工资部分低于当地月最低工资标准，则按最低工资标准支付”。由此可见，公司对员工进行罚款是有理由条的，但是不能够扣除员工当月的所有工资，如果不按照当地的最低工资发放是违反劳动法的。
