孩子学籍转出还能转回原籍吗

法律分析：可以。学籍信息是跟随学生的，只要学生转学就应该办理学籍转学手续，并不是转一次就不能转了。
法律依据：《中小学生学籍管理办法》
第十四条 学生转学或升学的，转入学校应通过电子学籍系统启动学籍转接手续，转出学校及双方学校学籍主管部门予以核办。转入、转出学校和双方学校学籍主管部门应当分别在10个工作日内完成学生学籍转接。
第十五条 学生办理学籍转接手续后，转出学校应及时转出学籍档案，并在1个月内办结。
第十六条 学生转学或升学后，转入学校应当以收到的学籍档案为基础为学生接续档案。
