释义	法律分析：事后行贿则是行贿人与受贿人事先约定，在受贿的国家公职人员为其谋求利益后，再奉送贿赂。取得利益在先，行送贿赂在后。这种分类也可以称为收买性行贿和酬谢性行贿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百九十条对行贿罪的处罚有以下情形： 1.对一般行贿罪，处五年以下有期徒刑或拘役； 2、因行贿谋取不正当利益，情节严重的，或者使国家利益遭受重大损失的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑； 3、情节恃别严重的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，可以并处没收财产。
