释义	私人企业春节放假有工资的。节假日按正常收入发工资，如果安排加班的话，需要支付加班费。法定节假日属于正常的带薪休假，原则上是要按照正常的收入发工资，法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。如果单位不发工资的话或者不支付加班费的话，可以举报投诉。【法律依据】《劳动合同法》第三十一条，用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
