释义	律师解答：婚检是自愿的，无论初次结婚还是二婚，都由当事人自主选择。至于二婚的结婚流程，是跟初次结婚一样的，需要带的证件，还是户口证明，居民身份证，但是离过婚要出示离婚证。之后，婚姻登记管理机关会对当时申请作出审查。如果审查之后符合要求的，那么就可以登记结婚了。参考法条《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
