法律分析：1、领取的退休工资数额不同。30年工龄的退休工资少于35年工龄的退休工资。
2、缴费年限不同。30年工龄的缴费年限低于35年工龄的缴费年限。
3、个人账户存储额不同。个人账户养老金的计算中，30年工龄的个人账户存储额低于35年工龄的个人账户存储额。
工龄的计算方法有三种：
1、连续计算法。也叫工龄连续计算。例如，某职工从甲单位调到乙单位工作，其在甲、乙两个单位的工作时间应不间断地计算为连续工龄。
2、合并计算。也叫合并计算连续工龄。职工的工作经历中，一般非本人主观原因间断了一段时间，把这段间断的时间扣除，间断前后两段工作时间合并计算。
3、工龄折算法。从事特殊工种和特殊工作环境工作的工人，连续工龄可进行折算。实行基本养老保险个人缴费制度以后，以实际缴费年限作为退休和计发养老保险待遇的依据，之前的连续工龄视同缴费年限。
法律依据：《国务院关于工人退休、退职的暂行办法》 第一条 全民所有制企业、事业单位和党政机关、群众团体的工人，符合下列条件之一的，应该退休。
(一) 男年满六十周岁，女年满五十周岁，连续工龄满十年的。
(二) 从事井下、高空、高温、特别繁重体力劳动或者其他有害身体健康的工作，男年满五十五周岁、女年满四十五周岁，连续工龄满十年的。
本项规定也适用于工作条件与工人相同的基层干部。
(三) 男年满五十周岁，女年满四十五周岁，连续工龄满十年，由医院证明，并经劳动鉴定委员会确认，完全丧失劳动能力的。
(四) 因工致残，由医院证明，并经劳动鉴定委员会确定，完全丧失劳动能力的。
